WELCOME TO CAREER DAY 2025 AT HLT
Are you looking for a new pastor or employee for your church, organization or company? At Career Day 2025, you get a free stand with the opportunity to present yourself to HLT’s students.
For the fifth time, HLT is organizing a career day where we invite you who are looking for a new employee to get to know our student community. This is a day where we as a university college connect our student community to working life, and give our students a taste of what they can wait for on the other side of their degree.

The stand is free, but if you want a better place or want further promotion, it is possible to pay for it. Sign up to our mailing list to be notified about registration
Stand space
A free place for a stant is 2 x 1 meter.
Advertising on screen
The image on the screen must be 1920 x 1080 px. If you have any questions about this, you can contact thomas.birkeland@hlt.no
Advertising on the Alumni portal
The alumni portal is HLT’s online portal for students who have completed their bachelor’s degree at HLT. On this portal, there is a separate page for job advertisements and a newsletter with an overview of alumni activities, news and promoted jobs offers is sent out every quarter.

TERMS FOR STAND
- A place for your stand is FREE at the Career Day, but you still need to sign up via Checkin.
- Stands are 2m wide and 1m deep
- Double stand space is 4m wide, double stand space can be purchased for NOK 1000,-.
- You can bring up to three employees to the stand.
- Advertising on the school’s info screens can be purchased for NOK 500.
- A job advertisement on the Alumni Portal for 3 months and visibility in the spring alumni newsletter can be purchased for NOK 1000,-.
- The stand must be set up by 10:30 and with staff when the stand area opens at 10:45.
- There is no free parking outside.
- Your church/organization brings all the necessary stand equipment and aids.
- We provide free tables and electricity if you need it.
- The stand area is located in Filadelfia Church’s premises. Nationaltheatret Station is at a distance of 7-minute walk from our premises.
- Your place is assigned and marked before you arrive.
- No sales are allowed from the stand unless previously agreed.
- The stand space does not include stage time.

- Double stand place: 1000,-
- Advertising poster on our info-screen throughout the day: 500,-
- Job ad on the alumni portal for 3 months and visibility in the spring alumni newsletter: 1000,-
