HLT (Norwegian School of Leadership and Theology) is a university college located in Oslo with a vision of combining academic knowledge and Christian spirituality, providing the perfect combination for educating people with a higher calling.
If you aim for a career as a Christian leader in church, school or society, our bachelor’s degrees will help you build a good platform of skills, knowledge and resources to go along with your calling of transforming the world wherever you are. A bachelor’s degree at HLT is the natural next step in your journey.
Our faculty and staff have a good balance between academic expertise and practical experience, giving you as a student an inspiring environment of highly competent people with the same passion as you.
Our bachelor’s degrees have the same introductory courses in Christianity and Religion in the first year. Depending on the bachelor’s degree you choose in the second year, you either focus on courses specific to the bachelor’s degree in Theology and Leadership or to the degree in Religion and Social Studies. In the third year, the two degrees come together again, and you reunite with your classmates from the first year.
