The Student Council is a politically independent body representing the students at HLT. Its purpose is to safeguard the rights and interests of the students. This is achieved by seeking cooperation with the college’s leadership – both academic and administrative – as well as with other bodies such as national and international student organizations.

The Student Council shall:

  • Follow up on student-political and academic matters at HLT.

  • Promote collaboration between the Student Council, administration, and leadership.

  • Maintain contact with students to listen to their needs and experiences of student life at HLT.
